Strange Giant Pearl
I really like the pearls, which you ought to be pretty clear since I've written several posts about them. I like to know of its origins, because of their color, size, etc.. Every so often there is a natural pearl is striking for some property out of the ordinary. This is the case we will see today.
This is a simply giant-sized pearl. It weighs 2.25 kilograms, which is saying a lot. He was to have named Palawan Princess, and was found in the Philippines within a larger shell, more precisely of a Tridacna gigas.
Honestly is a rare pearl, the point is not whether I like it. Not spherical, but rather resembles a brain. Nor is pearl, so is some opacity that dominates it.
It seems more a curiosity than a beautiful object. I can not think that could be done with such great pearl, which is also not pearly.
